I have used Webs in the past, they seem to have similar facilities to Weebly and are just as good. But I'm pretty sure there's better - GoDaddy springs to mind, but I don't know if its free

if you want to make one in raw html not a designer one try that is free (not very good domain names though) but be fine for getting a basic site off the ground

i like myself, they give ftp access, sql databases etc, only downside is if you dont log in to it at least every 30 days they delete your account.

Free hosting is all well and good but they are usually with rules.

My own hosting which I pay for I have a limit of 500 visit within 5 minutes, not a problem for me really. But you can just imagine what a FREE host would put up (50 within 5 minutes?) you can never know :p

Gives a free cpanel account. I think it gives you 2500 mb of disk space.
