If you are serious about getting ref's through a website you design. You should get yourself a top level domain. (ie. .com .org .net, etc) No web savvy user anywhere is going to take a .tk seriously. Sorry but it's the truth.
Now, don't take this the wrong way, I'm no referral genius, I have 60 ref's in 4 months, and only 1 has come from my referral website (I only launched it 5 days ago)
Here's another big tip, if you want exposure from the search engines, you need more than 1 or 2 pages of content on your site. You should be shooting for around 10 pages of content that HAS TO DO WITH whatever your main keywords are. You should also at least once a month add new content, and have the searchbots recrawl your site.
Lastly, the advice I give everyone who asks for referral advice is this, stop advertising points2shop, no one cares (no offense p2s, you know I love you), instead advertise the free stuff you can get. That should be your primary focus. Think about what made you sign up. I bet 9 out of 10 times, it was for a Free "fill in the blank"
Hope this helps some of you.
