Hi mark shepherd,

But as stated, you can't do it on the account you wish to receive the credits on, they do not allow it, hence why it is in the guidelines.

Having 2 or 3 or even 4 deposits afterwards do not matter to them, in our eyes, you would get credited, but sadly wink bingo are the ones who decide, not we.

That does not sound like a persona.ly scam to me. Be sure to double check all fine print. It may have required you to maintain a balance of a specific amount for a specific amount of time. But the provider to that offer is the one in the wrong as persona.ly and p2s cannot act to credit unless your offer tracks back to persona.ly as completed from the provider.

So wink bingo sounds to be the culprit. I assure you, those at persona.ly want nothing more than for it to track as completed so they can be paid. I lack any advice sorry, as you did all I would suggest already as far as sending proof. I assume also it was for sure your first account with wink bingo and or any related parent company.
