Got my game today, it looked okay and it did not work. Cleaned, gave the same results, tried the tooth brush method it worked for a little bit and then the same result of constant loading. This is really aggravating because my 360 is freezing up like crazy and I just got it back from the repair center.

Did you try it on another 360 like from a friend or something? You may want to confirm that it's 100% the disc's fault. I had the same problem when I had my ps2. I blamed on the DVD but it turns out that it was my console.

In the future, if you can, get a ps3. :D Their games are on blu-ray and they're scratch resistant so you should never worry whether it's used or not.

Wish you the best of luck on resolving this issue. I feel your disappointment.
