As far as I am aware, there are a few members who are experiencing this problem, but non of us know what to do about it.

The issue is that we are completing persona surveys, and getting the congrats page, the offer is stating that they have been credited on the persona offer wall under their support tab, but no credit is being applied to the points2shop accounts.

I have already contacted persona with regards to this and the only response I got back off them was:

"We did have an issue with toluna, but it should be solved."

I have had no indication off them about what is going to happen about the lack of credit, despite messaging them back and asking them directly.

I tried another survey after getting that email and still no credit on points2shop despite it stating it has credited on the persona offer wall support.

It's not just the surveys either . I have several low point click and video offers that say "credited" but never got the credit on P2S.

Had a reply to another ticket to them this morning.

"There is nothing to explain, there has been an error regarding the credited surveys, as you can see you were credited on our side.

Be patient while we fix the issue.

We cannot help any further until the issue is fixed."

I have replied back to them, and will post any follow up when I get it.

I got another reply this morning:

Please read our reply:
"Be patient while we fix the issue.

We cannot help any further until the issue is fixed."

We do not have an ETA, we are working to see what is causing the issue.

We suspect it might be fixed in a few days.


In answer to me asking them what will happen when they get things fixed, I got this:

"You should receive credit for every survey that shows credited on your persona.ly account, and you did not receive it yet."

So hopefully, we will get a payment, they just don't know when yet.

I got all of my points today, but I also asked if what they said to me was true for everybody else, and they claimed that I had been the only one to report such an issue
