Pepperoni Bake with Spiral Pasta

1 package of pasta

2 pounds of ground turkey or beef

1 large onion ,chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 cans pizza sauce

2 eggs lightly beaten

2 cups of 2 percent milk

1 package of sliced pepperoni


Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain.
Sprinkle with seasonings. Stir in pizza sauce; remove from heat.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Drain pasta; add to egg mixture and toss to combine.
Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Top with beef mixture, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Bake, covered, 20 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown and heated through.

Yield: 12 servings

I've done something similar with Top Ramen noodles! It's cooked Ramen noodles without the juice, then spread the pizza/red sauce and put on the cheese and pepperoni...Sooo good, lol.
