You need something ordered to your house in order to become bronze.. once you receive it.. post a picture of proof in your support ticket of manual order .. you will be promoted to bronze..

Also due to the letter being shipped internationally to you, you need to allow up to one month for it to get to you. If it does not arrive after one month send in a ticket and they will get another one sent out to you asap.  |
