I sent in a ticket other day because i didnt remember if i done my address right and wanted to check until i found out i can edit my account. I ordered a walmart gift card and they denied it and blocked where i cant order. they said i have multiple ips. I have dialup and do not have access to high speed. they did ask if im associated to a certain user which i'm not. Do you think they will unblock it through the same ticket or is there something else i gotta do? thanks
