I need to know what category I file a support ticket under for a order that has not been delivered to my home.I have waited the required two weeks after estimated arrival time I was asked and that is long enough.I need to know what is happening with my merchandise.

I'd recommend "Order". Either way your ticket would be sent to an admin that deals with this problem even if it is under the wrong category.
