Searching for prizes

To redeem your points from Points2Shop for Amazon prizes, you will first need to choose something to buy - I wish I could help you but you're the boss in that arena. If you find something on Amazon.com, you will need to find the same item on Points2Shop to place your order. Points2Shop will order these items on your behalf and pay the full cost of this in return for your points.

Search for your product

Go to the Reward gallery on Points2Shop and type several keywords from the product name into the search box. You will see a list of products available to you and you simply select the item and the merchant you wish to purchase from. Alternatively, you can use the ASIN from Amazon to search for the specific item!

I can't find the item!

If you have found an item on Amazon.com which does not appear in the Points2Shop reward gallery, a possible cause is that the Points2Shop records are outdated. To place an order for an item which does not appear on Points2Shop or for an item which does not list the particular Marketplace Seller from whom you want to purchase the item, place a manual order:

Manual Orders

To place a manual order for an item which is not listed in the Points2Shop reward gallery, please send in a "manual order" request ticket from the support menu. You will need to tell them exactly what you want to order, giving all the information ie, cost, size, colour, merchant and asin if available.

Your manual order will be handled slightly differently, so please allow a little extra time for your orders to be approved this way.

Check the item against Amazon.com before ordering

If the information in the Points2Shop reward gallery is even a few minutes outdated, you may see items listed which are no longer for sale (or have a higher price, etc). If you order such a product, your order will be delayed because they may need to contact you to choose another item or seller. Just check availability for the item through Amazon.com to see if the same sellers and prices are listed.

International Members

Most international members in the past were unable to order directly from the Reward Gallery and only could request the verification letter to verify. Now all European countries can order from Amazon.co.uk from Reward Gallery and get verified! Shipping costs will be accurate when placing in your cart.
