If Points2Shop has placed a restriction or ban on your account, check your email or Points2Shop inbox for a message regarding the actions taken with your account. Often, administrators will ask important questions or give suggestions for what you can do to resolve the issue with your account.
Communication guidelines
- Be patient and provide helpful responses to the support team.
- The shoutbox cannot be used to address account issues.
- The administrator most experienced with your question will respond. Do not try to contact a specific person about your issue.
- Your orders and withdrawals will be delayed until the issue is solved.
Don't try to handle it yourself
It is usually easy to fix accounts issues if you cooperate, but breaking more rules will leave you permanently banned. For instance, if you are believed to have multiple accounts, it is against Points2Shop rules and enforcement to just ignore the problem and make a new account.
Common account issues
See Points2Shop rules and enforcement for more information on each of these common account issues and to ensure that you have a fun and hassle-free experience!

- A friend logged in at your house.
- You logged in at a public place and someone else happened to log in there as well.
- Common consequences
- You may receive a courteous message asking if you know a certain user.
- A red warning message may prevent you from using certain site features.
- You and the other conflicting accounts may be banned.
- Tips to avoid this issue
- Ensure that your family members do not create their own accounts (one per household!).
- Before signing in at a new location, ask a moderator to see if any other accounts have logged in there.
Fraudulent activity (using false info)
- Common causes
- You used fake info on offers or in your Points2Shop account.
- You used someone else's info - even if you have their permission.
- Common consequences
- You may be banned outright or asked for proof of identity to continue using your account.
