Reporting errors

Please submit a support ticket to report any errors. You can also report the problem by creating a thread in the Bugs section of the forum, which is checked periodically by the admin team. Please make sure to provide sufficient information for the administrators to reproduce your error in order to solve the problem.

Do not report errors related to site maintenance. These errors are only temporary and will be resolved shortly after the maintenance.

Please note that tickets regarding errors will have to be forwarded to specific administrators. Those tickets cannot be replied within 2 business days. The programmers will check into the issue as soon as they have time, depending on the importance of the error and the difficulty to fix it.
