Points2Shop rules and enforcement
General rules

- Only one account per household
- Never make more than one account.
- Accounts sharing an IP address will be marked as duplicates and restricted until the issue is resolved.
- Do not sign up or log in at a public place.
- Do not log in together with a friend; your accounts will share a matching IP address.
- Do not use a proxy server.
- Use your real information
- You must use your real and verifiable name, address, and other contact information on offers and your Points2Shop account.
- Do not share or use another person's info - even if you have their permission.
- Married couples living in the same household may share an account.
- Zero tolerance of cheating or fraud
- Any form of cheating or fraud within Points2Shop or on offers will result in a ban.
- No spam
- Do not send unsolicited communications to gain referrals.
- Do not post unnecessary or repetitive messages to the shoutbox, forums, or other on-site communication channels.
- Age requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent.
- Supported countries
- Offers and Amazon prizes are available for the US, UK, and Canada.
- Some cash incentive offers are available in other countries.
- Cash withdrawal is available to almost all countries.
- A Promoter account allows those outside the US, UK, and Canada to earn money by Referring new users.
Shoutbox rules
We want the shoutbox to be a pleasant place for everyone, members and non-members alike. What is seen in the shoutbox is a reflection of Points2Shop, and we would like our program to be seen in a positive light. By following these few simple rules, Points2Shop will be seen positively and this will ensure our continued growth.
- Always be respectful of other posters.
- No flaming, name calling, cursing, or vulgar language is allowed.
- Profanity will not be tolerated.
- Rude or derogatory remarks about one's race, religion, country or gender will not be tolerated.
- Violators will be given a one hour ban without warning.
- No spam
- Read the Spam page for our definition of spam.
- Continual posting of the same thing over and over again is considered spam.
- Your messages will be removed and 1 warning given. Further violation will result in a one hour ban.
- No referral links
- Do not post referral links to other programs or your own Points2Shop referral link in the shoutbox.
- Referral links will be removed and 1 warning given. Further violation will result in a one hour ban.
- Don't discuss other get-paid-to programs
- Do not ask about, link to, or promote other get-paid-to programs.
- Promotional messages will be removed and 1 warning given. Further violation will result in a one hour ban.
- Don't discuss account issues
- All account issue-related discussion must remain between you and the administrators via support tickets.
- Anyone asking such questions should be directed to check their support tickets.
- Account-related comments will be removed and 1 warning given. Further violation may result in a one hour ban.
- Don't discuss illegal activities
- Do not ask about, link to, or promote illegal activities such as software piracy.
- Violators will be given a one hour ban without warning.
Enforcement of rules
The consequence of breaking any of these rules will depend on many factors including the severity of the offense, whether it is handled by an administrator or a moderator, and your history of other offenses. In some situations it may be possible to appeal the decision and regain full use of your account (see Resolving account issues).
Common consequences include:
- Written warning
- Removal of offending messages
- Blocked features
- Delayed orders and cash withdrawal
- Short term ban given by a moderator
- Permanent ban given by an administrator
- Request for verification of your identity and contact info
- Permanent ban of multiple accounts involved in a single offense
