Redeeming your prize
To redeem your points at Amazon.com, go to "Spend Points" in the blue navigation bar on P2S. A drop down menu will appear, and click on "Reward Gallery". This will take you to the main redemption page. From here you can either search by category, or you can look for a specific item using the search box. You must have a category selected and search for something in the search box to look for a specified points range.

Ordering email gift cards
To be eligible for email gift cards, you MUST be address verified (Bronze honour level or higher). Most gift cards have free shipping with fast delivery and some are even sent instantly via email once your order is approved. To view the available email gift cards, mouse over the "Spend Points" and click on "Gift Cards". Cards purchased through Amazon, and not through Gift Cards, are sent to your house address, NOT emailed.
Qualifying orders for free shipping
In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have 2500 points or more in your shopping cart. All items must be from the seller Amazon.com - Not the marketplace sellers. As a general rule, if you do not plan on purchasing from Amazon.com, but one of the marketplace sellers, add 750 points for shipping costs and any taxes, if applicable. If you know the shipping costs are not 750, but lower, you can either send in a ticket stating the shipping costs, or it can be entered in the "Additional details" field on the order itself. The extra points will be refunded to you.
If you care to purchase something from Amazon that is not available to you through the shop, or you know of a lower priced seller (at Amazon), you may do a manual order. Open a support ticket, and put the link to the item you wish to purchase and your preferred seller, along with your information and inform them you wish to place a manual order for this item. Please add the maximum amount of points you want to spend on this to the ticket as well.

Status of orders
Once you place your order, it will go through 3 stages.
Pending - This stage simply states that your order has been successfully submitted and is waiting to be processed by Admin. Most orders will stay at this stage for 1-2 business days. You still have the right to cancel your order.
Preparing - This stage mains that your order is currently been processed and getting ready to be finalized. Most orders will stay at this stage for about 1 business day or less. You no longer are able to cancel your order.
Approved / Denied - This means your order is complete and has been either successful or unsuccessful. If it was Approved then your order will be with you within 1-3 weeks (subject to postal services and sellers). If your order was Denied then your points have been refunded to your account and a message will be attached to your order so you know why your order was Denied.
Why Is My Order Taking So Long
Sadly not all orders will be processed within the given time of 1-3 business days. Many factors can affect your order such as:
- Orders are currently delayed due many orders.
- You have account issues (if this is the case, your order will most likely get denied).
- You placed a Manual Order. These usually take longer than normal orders.
- You placed a custom order such as clothing, footware etc or added a note to your order when you placed your order. These take longer as Admin have to manually read your message.
