How to cancel your account

To delete your account you need to send in a support ticket which is found under the help and support tab. You click on open a new trouble ticket and write that you want to delete your account with the reason. You cannot reopen your account later; nor can you open a new account. Please do not send emails to get your account deleted because it can only be done in a ticket. We suggest you do not close your account unless you really have to.
