Q: How much can I make?

A: How much you can make is dependent on how much time youre willing to devote. Q: What are requirements to join Points2Shop?

A: You have to be at least 18 years old or 13+ with parents approval. You must read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before joining.

Q: How many accounts can I have?

A: Each individual or household is allowed only one account. Also only one account per computer, as well as one account per IP address. If you have family that is interested in joining, great, they are more than welcome to, as long as they do not live in the same house.

Q: Can my account ever be closed?

A: We have the right to close any account that is committing fraudulent activities, has fake account information, multiple accounts and other reasons that violate the Terms of Service. If we close your account we may require proof of your identity, such as a picture id, in order to give you back your account. If your account is closed you will lose your points and referrals. Please make sure you read the Terms of Service carefully before joining.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: You can cancel your account by sending a request via admin support ticket. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, nor are you permitted to open another.

Q: Can I change my points to cash?

A: No. You can exchange cash for points, not points for cash. You can earn cash by referring friends and family members or by completing cash offers. Points can only be redeemed for any product which is available on Amazon.

Q: Can I cash my points?

A: Unfortunately at this time we cannot allow points to go toward cash, due to our exclusive advertisers. Most of our advertisers only work with point based systems that receive prizes (No 'cash' incentives). However, you can still purchase a wide variety of items through the Points2Shop reward gallery using your points. Most items are available to purchase through points2shop, and you can convert your cash balance into points if you wish to use that towards a purchase as well.

Q: Can I redeem my points for an Amazon gift card?

A: Yes! We have now got the ability to offer you Amazon gift cards in return for points. This can be done via the gift card section of our website. At present, we only have $50 gift cards available to US members, however we hope in the future that this can be expanded upon and extended to UK and CA members.

Q: What to do if I did not receive the confirmation code? A: Simply click on "resend Confirmation email" and enter your email when requested or you may always email us to send you your confirmation code.

Q: How can I change my email?

A: You may change your email by contacting us. Be sure to include your old email, new email for security reasons.

Q: What if I forgot my password?

A: If you have forgotten your password, use the forgot password form. Enter your email address and hit the "Send Password" button. Your password will be emailed to you So, make sure you keep your email address up to date in our records.

Q: What are my responsibilities as a member?

A: You are required to follow the rules stated in the terms and conditions. As long as you follow the rules you will enjoy the benefits of having a long time relationship with Points2Shop.

Q: Why cant I log in to my account?

A: It can be one of two reasons. If you can not log in, it might be a cookies problem or because your password is wrong. Please make sure that the password is correct and case sensitive. If your password is correct then your account could have been closed or frozen for a variety of reasons. Please send a support ticket for advice.

Q: What are sponsored offers?

A: Sponsored offers may include free offers, surveys, free trials, free quotes, small purchase on a credit card or membership applications.

Q: How do I complete offers?

A: Once you log in, you will be taken to the main page. If you click on the link "Offers (Start Earning)", it will take you to the offers list. On this page, you will find a list of offers with their payout amounts. Click on the banner or the link of the offer that interests you. Enter your valid information when you fill in the information requested. Once you have completed the offer, return to Points2Shop and click the "Mark as Completed"link. The system will verify that you have completed the offer and credit your account, when the advertiser approves your lead.

Q: How are offers approved?

A: Offers are approved automatically. There are thousands of requests daily, each offer has a tracking code and offer id in the offer somewhere that helps the system know if you completed the offer correctly. When the advertiser finds your cookie, the offer is approved.

Q: How long does it take to receive credit for an offer?

A: Credit time varies by the advertiser. Some offers credit instantly, some within hours and some even take a few days depending on how fast we can relay information to and from the advertisers. As soon as the system receives confirmation from the advertisers that you have completed the offer correctly, your account will be credited.

Q: Is there a limit to how many sign-ups I can do in a day?

A: No. You may do as many sign-ups as you like, but please remember that you may only do one offer from the same survey company.

Q: Do I have to use the same email for offers?

A: No, you can use any email you like to do offers. It does not have to be the same email you registered with. You should use your primary email address when you register, to make sure you receive messages regarding your account and your amazon orders. Secondary email accounts are fine to complete offers.

Q: Can I submit false information when completing an offer?

A: NO. Any submission of false information when completing an offer or any fraudulent activity will result account termination.

Q: Can I use a PO box for my mailing address when I complete offers?

A: This all depends on the advertiser. Some of the offers will have no problem with you using a PO box while others will not accept it.

Q: What is the "Ignore This Offer" button?

A: If you have no interest in completing any offer or it may be one that you have already completed from any other GPT Website. Simply use this function to remove the offer from the offer section. It will put it in your ignore folder. If you later decide that you would like to do the offer, simply click on "view claimed offers" and delete the offer then it will be put back in the offers section.

Q: I accidentally put an offer in my pending folder. What can I do?

A: If you accidentally add an offer in your pending folder, you cannot redo it, previously you could, but offers started to complain so no you can't

Q: Can my offers ever be reversed?

A: Yes. If you provide fraudulent information we have the right to reverse the credit for a specific offer.

Q: What can I do if a Paid/Trial offer does not credit?

A: Just email us with the confirmation email you received from an offer/order and we will be able to investigate it and look into the issue. Please wait at least a week before contacting us. We will send these confirmations to the advertiser for investigation. They will investigate why it didn't credit and will let us know if they will manually credit the offer. This decision can depend on many things such as you not clicking on our link, you not clearing the cookies, you providing fraudulent information to the advertiser, duplicate signup and many other possible reasons. Please note that these investigations can take anywhere from several days to several weeks depending on the advertiser. We will try our best to contact the advertisers and asks them to manually credit your account, but we can not guarantee 100% that the offer will be approved plus it is getting harder and harder for members to get non-credit requests approved, even with all the required information All we can do is to submit them and wait for reply. Do not send a trouble ticket for the free offers. We have no way of asking for credit for these offers.

Q: My offer is not getting approved and I am getting worried?

A: If you are having troubles getting the offers to credit, we encourage you to take a look at our forums, We have started a new topic to share great tips that make it easier to complete offers. You might also want to take a look at our tutorial of how to complete offers correctly and wait for a few days.

Q: What are cookies and why is it important to clear them?

A: Cookies are short pieces of data used by web servers to help identify web users. Clearing your cookies after completing each offer will help to get your offers credited faster. Simply you can delete them by clicking on Tools --> Internet Options --> delete cookies or you can use CCleaner.

A: Amazon.com is the place to find and discover almost anything you want to buy online at a great price. They sell a variety of many different products such as books, electronic, music CDs, clothing, shoes, baby stuff, computer stuff, software, toys etc. They have a huge great selection of products. Amazon have excellent customer service and offer low cost products with super fast shipping. Most products are delivered within 5-7 days of request.

Q: Do you ship prizes outside the US?

A: Prizes can be shipped to members in the US, UK and Canada. You must be a resident of the United States, United Kingdom or Canada to be eligible to order prizes from the Points2Shop reward gallery.

Q: How to add item to you cart?

A: If you want to add an item to your cart. simply click on "Spend Points", choose the product and click on "add to cart"

Q: How do I find a specific item?

A: Simply you can click on shopping page and use the search box. Enter your search term here and click on search button. This will take you directly to the item and description.

Q: How does FREE Shipping work?

A: If you want to apply for free shipping you have to place at least 2500 points (3000 for UK) of eligible Amazon.com products in your Shopping Cart. (Eligible items will say "eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping" next to their price) If you qualify for FREE Super Saver Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. This means, if you order two items, one item as 1500 points, and the other item at 1000 points that will equal 2500 points. If both items are Eligible for free shipping, then you receive the free shipping. If you order two items one at 1000 points (And eligible for free shipping) and one at 3000 points (And NOT eligible for free shipping) they will equal 4000 points, but you will have to pay shipping for both items because it doesn't meet the free shipping requirements.

Q: Has my order shipped?

A: You can click on the "Status of orders" link at the top of our site to check your order status. US members may receive a tracking number for their orders within a few days of order approval. This can be found by going to your order status page. You can navigate to this page from the "Spend points" button at the top of any page. Unfortunately this is not available to UK or CA at this time.

Q: Why hasn't my order status changed?

A: The status of your order will change from pending to approved once we receive confirmation that the order has been successful. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Click the "order status" link from the spend points menu of our site to view orders you have placed. Click the "Delete" link to delete order and your points will be instantly credited back to your account. Orders can only be deleted if they are pending. We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.

Q: I received the wrong product.

A: If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Q: I have not received my item.

A: If you have not received your item within 3 weeks from the date of approval as shown on your order status page, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Most non-delivery problems can be resolved if we receive note within a timely manner. Waiting longer than this may result in us not being able to reship or refund your order.

Q: Is online shopping safe at Points2Shop?

Q: What does the item condition mean? Will my item be new?

A: New means that the item is brand new, has not been opened or used, and has no damage on it. New Mint means that the item is new, but might have been lightly used. Q: How do Points2Shop referrals work?

A: There is actually more than one level to our referral program. You get 15% of what your first level earn, 3% of second level and 2% of third level. You will also get .50$ when they verify their email and another .50$ when they completed their first offer which will give you $1.00 total. The promotion rate is dynamic: Make sure your referrals are active. If a lot of your referrals are inactive, your earn rate will decrease.

Q: How do I refer someone?

A: You can refer members to this site using your personal refer URL. To find this URL please log in to your account and locate Promote from there click on Refer a member then copy/paste that URL to your friends.

Q: Do I have to refer anyone at all?

Q: Can I earn money by referring friends and family members?

A: Yes, you can. When you refer people and they become a member you will get a 1$ cash and 15% bonus every time they fill out an offer of their own. So for example if they fill out an offer worth 1000 points ($10) you will get 150 points ($1.50) or cash instantly.
