you pay in points and when you add it to the cart it shows the amount of points shipping is, the dollar is shipped by p2s and not amazon so it takes a while

It usually takes 1-2 working days for your offer to become approved (Thus changing you to Bronze honor level) and an additional 1-4 weeks for your Dollar to arrive at your door :)
