question for users on procedure

I already have a ticket open and so far I don't have an answer short of telling me I'm not using real information and will close my account - as you said.

I've been using that 4th option where everybody gets what they want but the accounts won't match that way. That's why I wanted to get your opinions to see if any of you knew of any other options. While I don't like dipal's option, it at least is an option and I'm happy for that. Haineko
