spin to win not working? [Resolved]

I did not run out of spins either for the day or total. I know I have spins. The offere completion verifcation thing is not popping up either for the offers that you need to complete a verification form for. So I cannot get any credit for those ones either. My pop-up blocker is not on. What could be the matter?
