im a bit hesitant as my boyfriend "Tfreund" is on day number 8, and still hasnt had his redeemed. The response time on these seems to be backed up a bit., About how long are u guys up to now? |

The average wait time for a ticket is 4-5 days right now, not counting weekends. Considering the weekend and the Thanksgiving holiday in these 8 days he has been waiting, its right about on track. Hopefully this will be processed for you shortly. |
