It denied the 2 times before because it was sold out and the item price was changed. This time I ordered it, took 2 days to approve but when it did I never got the message saying it was shipped. Then I went to check on it and this was the message under the item. Thank you! Your order is manually ordered and therefore you will not receive up to date tracking numbers and delivery information. Your order is however successfully processed! I never manual ordered it and was ordered off of rewards gallery. So now I am confused. Is my item fully approved and shipped?

It always says that on mine, for some reason, and I've always gotten my stuff. I think it just means its been manually ordered by an admin, and so they have your shipping/tracking numbers.
