ive made something like this, well I didn't but my wife has, it wasn't in strips though, I think she marinated it in beer for 24 hours, once we used miller light, and another time we used budweiser, miller light tasting was stronger, didn't like it as much as using it with budweiser, but thats just me. Oh and smokey, I'm sure you've had beer before, its common to marinate things like brats with beer. You just don't know it! |
