I can't get to the "Find a Prize" section.

I try to go to the "Find a Prize" section, but it won't let me. It says "The section you tried to visit is blocked because there is an issue with your login session. The most common reason for you to receive this error is the use of a proxy." What does that mean. I need HELP! |

it just means you have a ticket you need to answer to. check your inbox. you cant order anything when you have account issues. just reply and hopefully your issues will be cleared soon

its takes 1-2 days for you to get a reply though. its takes that long cuz there are other tickets admin need to go through by order and they have other things such as site maintainace to worry about. dont worry they will reply though
