I have an older model that also runs Fedora as an alternative OS. The odd thing is that while I wasn't able to connect to PSN for a short time (about 8 hours), Fedora had no problem at all connecting to the net.

yea ps3 do rule iam totaly adicted to call of duty modern warefare 2 online but soon as final fantasy 13 is here thats all ill be doing :-)
