Is there a guarantee for offer credit

If you do an offer properly, such as a daily quiz, and get the ending page, what guarantee is there that an advertiser will pay out? There have been several times when I finish an offer properly and yet don't get a pay out. I'm not complaining, just wondering.

Sometimes they won't approve because they have too many of the same leads. Sometimes, they just want to keep the money and not give it to you. Sometimes, they feel like they didn't make enough of you to approve you.

They don't tell you why, they just don't. There's really no way of knowing which ones will, but after a while you can start to figure it out.
