I haven't even been here that long, but I'm still annoyed every time I see someone begging for something. I'm not talking about points. There should be a rule specifying that no one can ask for anything, not just points.

Ex: Itunes gift cards, minecraft, xbox live, etc.

I usually see the question being asked in the form of "Does anyone have an extra ....?" and I only see this from new members. No one is going to give a perfectly fine card to a complete stranger, and it would be silly for them to expect one. This rule should go without saying, but I guess not..
Anyone know these two?
