it all depends really on what is running if there is a competition the quite alot but some say 20-30 posts others say 40-50 any more than that it could be regarded as spamming |

I agree with Gedney. I think 40-50 is a safe max. You'd almost have to be spamming to get any more than that.  I'm really active here, but I rarely post more than twenty times each day. Most of the time I only manage about fifteen posts. |
