I guess they could have an input that just asked the user the approx time they completed the offer. Kind of like adding a tag.

I think it's a good idea in theory, but due to the variables already brought up with internet speed, computer capabilities, etc. the time might be skewed anyway and therefore not very helpful. It is a good concept though :p .
