I still have a question though. Why can't new members post under offers & deals? I have a nice free sample giveaway in mind and can't share it because I'm new :( Also, I'm from Europe and can't complete surveys, the only way I can participate actively is through referrals and input to the forum.

its for bronze+ sorry, alot of new members were spamming it like crazy so new users have lost the privlede :[ there are a few offers you can try not as much to focus on refs.

Sorry, I wrote this back in 2009 and they did not have those powers then. I have not updated it at all recently. Will update soon though, thanks for the heads up.
