creamy chicken bruschetta pasta

This is pretty easy to make + very tasty. I normally serve it with a salad Serves 4 Ingredients 3 chicken breast fillets 1 pepper, diced 1 red onion, diced 2 tomatoes, diced basil 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese 8oz of linguini 1/2 cup of milk What to do 1. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl + add milk, whisk until smooth + creamy. Add the basil, tomatoes, onion + pepper + mix well. 2. fill saucepan half full with water + bring to a boil. Add linguine + boil for 10mins 3. Preheat a pan on high. Add the chicken and cook on each side until golden. Reduce heat to medium + cook until chicken is done. 4. Drain the pasta, remove the chicken from the heat + cut into slices. 5. Arrange the chicken over the pasta + pour the cheese sauce over the top. Enjoy
