I've recently found an amazing way to get referrals and I've been working damn hard to get them.

Now I have 216, and when I check the leader boards, I should be on their, but I'm not. Is this due to my error? Or the error of the contest board?

Perhaps you got the refs AFTER the contest started, wait until the next contest then start to get refs, then you should be on the leader board
