Basic procedure - sounds like they want you to verify your account. Send in a support ticket, asking if you can verify your account. At which point you will need to send in a: -Bill (Utility) -Letter -ID No orders will be approved until then. Hope that helps. |

vbg....sometimes they do reply on weekends, but keep in mind that with the 4th of July being this weekend, they may not reply until monday. |

cleoisback First off you have to resolve any issue with your account before you try and request a item. Furthermore it's only wasting your time ordering a prize when you have not do so with your account. And if you create a ticket with the same problem it will only delay the first ticket. |
