Old order still preparing, new order approved. Wth? (Resolved)

I ordered Battlefield 3 a few days ago and within 24 hours, its status changed to preparing. More than 24 hours after I ordered Battlefield 3, I ordered a couple acrylic model paints for about a fourth of the price of BF3 and within 24 hours, the new order got approved and said the order was placed. Why did they approve my second order so quickly but they still haven't approved the first one? |

After you place your order, the status will be pending. Most orders move from pending to approved within 2 business days, however it could possibly be longer if there are any issue with your account, or in the case of a manual order. You will receive an email when your order is approved, and the payment has been sent. There may or may not be a tracking number for your shipment, depending on the seller, and how they ship the items to you. |

Plus you're incorrect. Orders move from Pending to Preparing, then to Approved. |

Different admin handle different orders. There are a few reasons why it could be slower than an order you placed afterward. If you left a comment on your order, this could make it pend/prepare longer than other orders. Admin would have to read the instructions you gave them in the comment, instead of the system handling the order. Also some orders can't be shipped automatically on some US orders which would make the order prepare longer. This isn't anything abnormal. We also just got off the weekend, and orders are less likely to process then. |
