It seems that a lot of higher honor level members are being blocked from spending points. We all received the same message saying "How are you completing offers while on our site?". It's a pretty vague question and we aren't really sure how to respond to it. Regardless, I responded the best I could and I've now been waiting for 14 days for a response. I'm a patient person and have no problem waiting, but now that I'm seeing so many others with the same problem and same ticket, I'm wondering if this is some sort of glitch in the system. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I had the same problem and am also waiting. In addition to not being able to spend, I had two open orders that were denied due to this. This is the THIRD time I've had something like this happen.

I also got the same thing this morning, not able to spend, and also had $120 worth of gift cards denied. So now myself and others have to wait, until the problem is fixed, which could take a few days, then we have to reorder out products, and wait a few more days for approval and shipping. Very frustrating to say the least. Hope this issue is addressed ASAP.

So far the ONLY thing I have been able to successfully order from P2S is the $1 bill I ordered to verify my address. Everything else I've tried ordering has been denied after an issue came up with my account. It's getting very frustrating. If I hadn't been able to view the profiles of you Platinums and seen what you've received I would seriously begin reconsidering my opinions regarding the legitimacy of this site.

The site is definitely legit. I'm sorry to hear you're having these problems, I can see how that would leave a bad taste in your mouth considering you've only been here a month. This is the first time I've ever had anything like this happen. Hopefully everything will get sorted out soon. Hang in there with the rest of us, lol. :)

Well, the same thing happening to me this morning, I recieved the exact same ticket you guys recieved and I've no idea why I recieved it.. Two of my orders were denied (have no idea why btw). The only difference is that I'm from UK and you guys are from US. I really reaaly want this problem to be solved as quickly as possible, I'm crossing my fingers for that :|

That's odd, and you're a new user. So apparently it's not just the higher level members. They need to speed things up, they're going to have a mob of unhappy people soon.

You're not the only UK member this is happening to, there are a few others. I see your status is still new, but you're a high earner. This seems to be happening to those of us who make a good bit on here.
