I also can't order anything ;/ HELP ME PLEASE

You will need to be patient while you wait for a reply back from admin. Unfortunately there isn't another way to get your issue straightened out other than a ticket. Keep in mind you're less likely to receive a response over the weekend because admin do take off days then.
