Orders on preparing status (Resolved)

I placed 3 orders last week and they moved from "pending" to "preparing" in about 2 days but have been stuck at "preparing" for about a week. What's going on?? |

Well pending, just means it's awaiting approval, preparing, on the other hand means they are getting your order ready to ship, this could take a few days, the admins have been really busy replying to thousands of tickets, processing orders etc, they will get to it soon I can promise you that. But last week was a three day weekend for Labor day, so I'm sure it'll be this week. Just be patient and focus on earning, to keep your mind of your order. |
