Trouble With Usamp - Solution 'Login Control' |Points2shop

I waited for a while, but it was still the same. For those who's Usamp is acting up, just login into your email that you used for points2shop, then in your inbox look for emails from points2shop which say 'New Survey Available' or whatever. Click on that email and click 'Begin Survey', once the page is loaded, exit it. And go back to the points2shop website and check out the Usamp surveys. This worked for me, hope it helps.

Those emails are sent by Usamp, not P2S. If you have changed your email address from the original you signed up with on P2S, change it back and this Log-in Control problem will also be resolved. If none of these fixes help your problem, you will need to email Usamp support about your account to get it straightened out. Their email is in the heading of the Usamp offer wall.

Those emails are sent by Usamp, not P2S.checychic255 Anyways, I asked them why this is happening and they told me to clear cookies and delete history before login on to P2S survey account, then to refresh the page. But after I told them that I did all of this including use Cookie Culler and CCleaner, they said that they forwarded my issue and get back to me ASAP. I hope they can help me out. It's a little inconvenient to login my email first before going on usamp, as I've never had to before.

If you have changed your email address from the original you signed up with on P2S, change it back and this Log-in Control problem will also be resolved.
