I placed my order on August 15th and its status changed to preparing late Wednesday night. It has been stuck on the preparing phase ever since then. Preparing is supposed to indicate 24 hours before it is approved or denied so could an admin help me and either approve or deny my order? |

Preparing means you can't cancel your order and it's being finalized by Admin, if it's stuck on Preparing then it would suggest that the Admins are having trouble contacting the seller for payment |

That may be the case but the order is one of the P2S rewards so I just assumed that they wouldn't have any trouble. |

Even though, that could have happened you should still send in a support ticket regarding your issue. I suggest sending one in, and asking them what the issue is, please remember support tickets are not answered during non-business hours & days, Thanks. C.Jones |
