Could people cheat in this game? Absolutely. They just can't do it the way you think they can. It's not some atypical flash game where a user could exploit memory addresses. It appears that all data is held server sided. If you want to catch somebody cheating then you'll have to monitor their activity. Captcha codes are not 100% effective at preventing botters. There are programs available, quite easily actually, that can fill in captcha codes. They were originally created for the blind but quickly spread to users with blackhat motives. If you see somebody gaining might around the clock for a week straight you can bet that there is something fishy going on. Botting, account sharing, exploiting a glitch, etc. are all things to watch for. There is no easy button that will infuse your character with might. There are some cheap exploits to gain fast might though. Users can start out killing only the mob that will not advance quests but will also drop items they can sell in craftsman shops. If you start out killing, say, only roaches it will take you forever to reach level 10 but by that point you'll have endless roach carapaces to sell. Then you can continue to hit enemies 5 levels below you that drop useful items. You're better off expanding your inventory instead of adding skill points as many weapon loot drops add high might. Right off the bat a 25 slot inventory full of roach carapaces is worth 26,250 and you don't even need to buy gear to kill them successfully. Plus you're killing lower mob so you lose less energy and can kill more before needing to wait or use an energy kit. A figure 8 pattern in the starting town nets you rat tails, frog venom, and roach carapaces which can all be sold within close proximity in the south east portion of the map which saves the user from making tons of trips.

Instead of trolling the forum, why couldn't you just defended yourself before anyway? I wasn't even going for the win that week, but I had to build up 5 million might in one day just to show people that you weren't cheating. Also, it's not like I need an alliance to play this game you know.

Anyway, just for future reference, I suggest not to worry too much about what he did early on in the game, whether he cheated or not. It's an endurance to how much you can do in one week, not 1 or 2 days, and honestly he's going up pretty normally from what I can see.

I wanted to prove that he's beatable, but time is going to prevent me for now. Sure, I couldn't prove if what he did is valid, but there is too much variables for an accurate assumption. Not sure if your method would work well for later parts of the game, but really items just depends on how lucky you are. Depending only on items to increase might isn't going to work in the long run, but you certainly have the right idea on how to start out the game well.
