I orderd my first prize on August 1st, which was wensday. it got approved on friday night around 11pm. now, first thing I noticed is that the "date of shipment" said (2012-04-08 - 2012-03-08). its like the dates are backwards. another thing I noticed is that, the merchant I bought my item from is in NJ and I live close to there, so I figured my item would come fast. but its been 1 week now and this is the second week...the estimated date says 2012-10-08--2012-27-08. seems like almost a month. I hope there isnt anything wrong..what should I do? ( my account is good, and address right)

if its not arrived after 3 weeks after the day it approved send in a ticket and explain admin will look into it

The estimated dates you see in your order page is rarely accurate (for me), so I wouldn't pay too much attention to it. It's a general estimation rather than specific merchants.

I have to admit, I rarely get an item that has taken that long (if any). If you're worried about your points, don't worry about it. As 80 has said, submit in a ticket after three weeks, which would be the 24th for you, if it still hasn't come. Patience will definitely be required.

Honestly, I wouldn't wait a whole THREE weeks. When it has been past two weeks, there is usually something wrong, especially if the merchant is that close to you. One way to check is to go back to the list of merchants where you've purchased your item and see if it's still there. Unless they're selling multiples of the same item, it shouldn't be there anymore.

I just remembered that this has happened to me before, but it was a manual order. What happened was that one of the admins didn't actually get the process through, thus the order being cancelled by the merchant AFTER knowing my order was approved. Unfortunately, when this happens, the admins won't tell you about it until you ask them. I doubt this would be why for your case though. You still have a whole week, so hope it works out for you.
