To make this simple: Can I withdraw cash to my paypal which I have yet to create and use that cash to purchase minecraft? The question is that I do not want to connect any credit/debit card or bank account to my paypal, and just use the paypal funds in my account to purchase minecraft? |

Some online shops require that the PayPal account have a bank account connected to it for security reasons. Not sure how to check if Minecraft require it since my PayPal is already connected to my debit card. |

Okay well I've personally experienced the same problem a long time ago when I was attempting to get a game membership as well. For Minecraft and anything else on the web, you will need a credit card hooked up to your PayPal account. Don't get discouraged by this however. I used my father's credit card at the time that was close to it's renewal and it doesn't matter. As long as you have a credit card at the time of purchase hooked up to your PayPal account, you can buy anything with your earned cash. The only reason why they make you provide a credit/debit card is so that they have reassurance that you will pay the full amount of money if you don't have enough money in your PayPal account without it. A way to skip credit card information if you're 18 years old or older, is to buy a MoneyPak from a local pharmacy like RiteAid and redeem it on PayPal as if it was a gift card. You simply pay 5 dollars in advance and then put a specific amount on that card. That is the only possible way to get around credit card information. Hoped this helped. |
