Are UK members allowed to have custom orders if the product they are looking for is not on Amazon? Also, if we are allowed how do we tell the admins about it? Thanks

No, the order has to be from Amazon. You can place orders though if you find something from Amazon.com that you can't find on Amazon.co.uk. You would have to send a ticket and categorize it under Manual Amazon Order to place manual orders. Read the wiki on manual ordering for more info: Searching for prizes
