So a couple days back i ordered a harness for rock climbing. The sizes that it said were able to fit around you were COMPLETELY wrong and now i see that i need to get a size bigger. Is there any possible way to return the item for a bigger one or am i stuck with what i have? It did come with a return paper and a option to get another item of the same value with credit card approved needed. what should i do? |

Since it was ordered through the site you would need to send a ticket to admin so they could get in contact with the seller and discuss a refund/replacement. |
