Survey Head approved, then my points disappeared!

I completed surveyhead all the way to the thank you page like I always do, then I marked it as complete. Like 10 seconds later it approved and i got my 100 points, but then after that, i noticed that the 100 points they paid were gone! So I went to the "completed offers" page and there it was, "Pending"  ...
Please help! Was that some sort of glitch? What's wrong? |

There was a server problem apparently around the time you posted, points will be added manually by the admins... you'll have to wait a bit I suppose... |
