Order stuck on "preparing" since 7/26/12 (Resolved)

What's going on with this, preparing is only supposed to take 24 hours to approve or deny, give them a little wiggle room since they're backed up (I assume) but it's still been a long time. When will it approve? Is this normal? I did send in a ticket but as you know they're backed up heavily with those. I also placed another order since for something and it's been on "preparing" since last week, I'm fearing another long delay with that order too. Thanks.

So to answer ur two question when it will approve, bcause u already know there backed up its tough to say but lets just say ur order isnt lost (id give it a week and nothing then i would worried) and is it normal for them to be backed up, actually no its not they usually never fall behind
