Hello so I just ordered a $10 ultimate game card and it says that it's by email and I checked my email and I didn't get the code. Could someone tell me whats going on?

you're new so you wont get emailed codes,must be bronze(order something from low cost rewards,upon approval you will be bronze 1-3 days)Then you can order emailed rewards..which aren't instant codes,they are processed like any other reward.

i would cancel and order off low cost,so then i can order email rewards.

spend points tab,status of order..then you will see delete order..you will be unable to if it is preparing(you should be fine)..points are returned.
