I signed up for this offer an gave my credit card info was approved and never got my 816 points also, it doesnt even show i started this offer on my status ..What do i do |

Your topics been moved to offer discussion. If the offer was approved but you didn't get them, then most likely they will be delayed points. Delayed points can take either at least 2 months to receive (when the advertiser credits the site for the offer completion) or instantly when you get Gold honor level status. You should have a stat at the top that says "Delayed Points" or something like that. Also since it's an external offer category, it wouldn't appear on the completed offers list. Go to the TrialPay offer wall, and there's a "Support" link on the wall, click it. The offer should be listed there and should tell you the status of the offer too. If it only says "Offer Viewed", click Contact Support beside the offer you wasn't credited for and they can help you further. |
