my account has the wrong states it doesn't have ca in it it only has Mexican states like acre and ceara i dont even know those states and a message said that they cant find my address because it has wrong state help plzzz |

If you are not from Mexico and are infact from elsewhere such as US/CA/UK or elsewhere then send a ticket to admin and ask them to change it for you  Send a ticket, go to points2shop.com/tickets then choose a corresponding subject and send. Admin will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note Admins don't work weekends. Also please note admin are behind on tickets so the reply time may be slightly longer than it normally would be |

bl3nd559, i had the same problem. been a member since last year and i went to look at my shipping address it had changed from indiana to alabama. but the people on here say i must have done it. if that was true how come i have been ordering things and they have been coming to my house in indiana? |
