Go into your account and double-check your demographics, is everything correct? And what are you trying to get that keeps telling you that? |

i try to buy micrsoft points 400 email only and its says it cant ship to my address or let me add to cart. |

Sorry, I am unable to help you more. I just checked them out myself, and their coming up just fine. Please make sure there arent any issues with your account that would be causing this. If you still experience this problem, why not send in a support ticket?
