Last night, my order was approved and I was sent an iTunes gift card code through the message system. This was my first time getting an email code order and my second order overall. I'm not sure if there was a mix up or something, but I just tried to enter the code in iTunes and it's telling me "The Gift Certificate or Prepaid Card code you entered has already been redeemed."

Maybe admin emailed me a code that was previously sent to someone else? It looks like Apple can only try to help if I provide them with a serial number as well as the code. Will this be obtainable?

I'm just trying to get an idea of what my options will be since it apparently takes about a week for support tickets to be replied to. Has anyone had any experience with this happening to them?

Hmm, first time I read about such a problem.

I assume the same code has been sent out twice so no need to worry, an order admin will look into it and send you a new fresh code most likely.... :)
